40 items in my wardrobe: 10 "others"

Then we come to the last part of my wardrobe cavalcade. Here I will show some of the "others" that I think belong in my homemade wardrobe but do not fit into any other categories.

If you're fully involved in this cavalcade, then you may have found that I have great feelings for my wardrobe and here in the last part, out of four, I will show what we have chosen to call "others". And under this category belong my accessories and my home knit.

For me, knitting is something relatively new. I have always found it hard to find knitwear I have liked and which I think sat well on my body. But after I started knitting myself, I have found that knitwear can be customized. I like to calculate my own knit, which I prefer to do. Because then I will not compromise. You may have also found that I'm a little nerdy with my homemade wardrobe, and I do not mind that one takes time. But sometimes, I also knit from a purchased pattern.

If one is to assemble a beautiful outfit, then it can become much more interesting if one combines it with beautiful accessories. I have a relatively extensive repertoire to take from, and I like that.

When I go for bags and jewellery, in 90% of cases, it is vintage or bought used. I love good craftsmanship, but it often costs extra - but if you go for used or vintage, I think you get more for your money. Here the same applies as when I sew for myself as I wrote about in the last part with details - I can spend a long time finding the perfect ring or bag to complete any outfit, just like fabric. Crazy? Yes, maybe - but I think it's so much fun.

And then we will not get around my eternal favourite headgear. I like to wear a turban, hat or something else on my head. It's like become a thing, and I can almost feel naked or underdressed if I have nothing on my head. This is something I get the most questions about; how to put on my turban - and I'll probably soon make a new video on how to tie them keep an eye on Instagram, among other things. I have many scarves, but I always look for new ones in the right colours or patterns.

Here I show some of the accessories and knits that I like to use to create a fun and personal wardrobe.
