Something I love to sew is coats and jackets.

There are so many funny techniques when sewing outerwear, and you can really be a "Nerd" when it comes to sewing these. I also think jackets can give something special to an outfit: it gives structure and new layers.

This version is one of the greatest hits of 2021; a quilted jacket. This jacket I've sown from an old bedding sheet we got from my husband's mother, and I've already used the jacket loads!

The pattern is from Marapytta - She really knows how to make quilted jackets!
