A yellow and easy summerdream

Do you know the feeling, when you find the perfect pair of trousers or another piece of clothing, that's just so comfortable, that you buy (in my case; make) it in every colour possible?

That's how I feel about the combination of No. 1 Dragør and No. 6 København. I have this dress in an insane amount of colours and materials.

This particular summer, yellow version o No. 1 + No. 6, I thought I would mix it up and give a new look to a favourite combination of mine I just know works. I gave it buttons.

This version is easy to make - it's pretty much the same as the normal combination of No. 1 + No. 6 - it just looks hard because of the buttons.

The only thing that's different to this one is it has a fold in the middle where I've placed the fake buttons. There isn't even a hole for the buttons! The dress opens with a zipper on the side; the buttons are only for show.
I also removed the vent in the skirt and made gatherings instead of pleats, but that's all!

I hope this gave you some inspiration to think outside the box and rethink your old favourites in a new way.
