Guide: How to make your own buttons

I told you in last week's newsletter that I'm already deep into winter sewing. I always start early in July (you never know with the Danish weather) and also because I find it funnier to sew bigger things like heavy dresses and jackets than it is to sew summer tops.

This year my winter coat will be checked and purple with homemade buttons. I'll wait a bit to show you the full jacket - we just got a bit of summer back in Denmark; it's a real Indian summer! - So, for now, I want to show you the buttons.
