Fabric choice:

Medium to heavy weight woven fabric. Wool, Linen or heavy silk. The final look of the garment will depend on the type of fabric you choose. Not suitable for jersey.

Take your measurement according to the measurement chart. Choose the size closest to your measurement see measurement chart here

Fitting:

We recommend that you always make a muslin before you cut the fashion fabric, to make sure your finished style will fit you perfectly. Find the fitting guide right here.

Cutting Fabric:

On each pattern piece you will find a capital letter. On the cutting layout plan, you will find the same capital letters so that you can easily see which pattern pieces to use for the view you have chosen.

Follow this sewing instruction to point 26

  • Sew the fabric peplum together in the side seam

  • Sew the lining peplum together in the side seam

  • Sew the fabric peplum to the lining peplum right sides together. Cut notches to the seam allowance.

  • Turn and press the seam well.

  • Place the peplum on top of the pattern piece. Use pins to make markings on your peplum where the fold lines are on the pattern. Fold as indicated on the pattern piece by using the pins you just placed. Again, press well to keep the pressed seams to stay in place.

  • Your peplum is now ready to sew onto the jacket. continue from point 33 in the sewing instructions
