Combining the patterns

I work a lot with combining my patterns with each other. It is a great opportunity to have a few patterns that work together and can be combined in different ways. This way you work with 3-4 How To Do Fashion patterns, but have 10-12 different options. For a woman who sews almost her entire wardrobe, this is something I personally love.

To start with, you have to prepare the blouse to work with No. 1 Dragør

1. You have to work on both the front and the back piece

  • 1 cm below the waist, make a perpendicular line to CF and CB on both pieces.

  • Cut the red line

2. Finish the pattern pieces

  • Now you have the pattern piece for the bodice of the dress. Now you just have to choose the same size on No. 1 Dragør as for the blouse, to get a skirt for your dress.

Cutting Fabric

On each pattern piece you will find a capital letter. On the cutting layout plan, you will find the same capital letters so that you can easily see which pattern pieces to use for the view you have chosen.
